Conceptual Renderings
Do you need to show what a completed project will look like before the project is undertaken? We can help you present a proposed project in its completed state by creating a conceptual rendering of the completed project. You provide a 'Before' photo (or we can always shoot the photos for you) and a sketch, roadway cross-section, or design concept, etc. of the proposed project and we will create a rendering in stunning realism of what the proposed project will look like once completed for use in reports, proposals, community outreach meetings, etc.

3d modeling of proposed structures is also available. Below are samples of our renderings.

Expansion of a Two-Lane Road

EXISTING: Two-lane road with no shoulder

PROPOSED: The proposed roadway has the two-lane road widened to a four-lane divided highway, and adding bike lane, parking lane, curb, grass strip and sidewalk to each side.

Reconfiguration and Expansion
of a Two-Lane Road

EXISTING: Two-lane road through a residential neighborhood

Reconfiguration and Extension
of a Four-Lane Road

EXISTING: This road is currently a 4-lane, 2-way street which dead ends into a cross street as shown.

PROPOSED: The proposed roadway reconfigures the road to one-way, two lanes of traffic, with one bike lane and parking lanes on either side, all within the existing right-of-way. In addition, the road will extend PAST the cross street, and curve to the left after the intersection with the cross street.

Reconfiguration of a Wide
Two-Lane Road

EXISTING: Wide two-lane road through a residential neighborhood

PROPOSED: The proposed roadway converts the existing 2-way road to one-way with 2 lanes of traffic, and adding one bike lane and one parking lane all within the existing right-of-way.
